Real Estate
Founded in 2011, Atesa is the real estate platform of Rhea. Our vision is to “Build Great Things”. Atesa is a reale state investment, development, and management company with a focus on educational, multifamily, and commercial properties. The asset types we target are in urban areas and our business model is to reimagine, recreate, and hold indefinitely.
Private Investments
We invest passively in private equity funds to diversify our search for alpha. We also make direct investments in local businesses or early-stage ventures. With a long-term lens, we look for businesses where we see an opportunity to achieve superior returns and where we believe we can support growth through the provision of financial capital and expertise.
Passive Investments
We balance our active investments with passive market tracking vehicles that preserve, protect, and grow our capital steadily along with specific global economies and industries.
